The purpose of this organization is to further the interests of the alumni of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture (UDM SOA). to assist in developing alumni services, activities and educational programming at the school; to coordinate the efforts of its members in the effectuation of these activities and programs; to foster a spirit of loyalty to the UDM SOA and provide whatever other assistance is deemed necessary by the UDM SOA
SOA UDM Alumni Sponsored Student Breakfast
The University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture Alumni help the School of Architecture in assisting students as they progress through their college education. One way that we do that is through the annual event called the Student Breakfast. We assemble a dedicated team of UDM SOA Alumni, andwe give exhausted students an energy boost with a well-deserved breakfast on the last morning of “Hell Week” prior to their final critiques for the term. This has been a long standing tradition in the School of Architecture that students look forward to every semester. Alumni provide, prepare and serve a hardy breakfast of a variety of food and beverages.
